Past Conferences

The first Ministers' Preaching Conference was held in January 2009. The main speaker was Edward Lobb, the Director of the Cornhill Training Course Scotland.

The second Ministers' Preaching Conference was held in January 2010. The main speaker was John Samuel, Pastor at Grosvenor Road Baptist Church, Dublin, where he is heavily involved in ministry training. He is also a trustee of The Proclamation Trust.

Here's how one participant at the conference described it. “We got into groups, gave talks and got stuck into the Bible while giving each other feedback on how to improve our handling of the word of God and preaching delivery. It was a brilliant conference, very stretching, but very beneficial....” — Phil Howe, IFES Campus Staff Worker, Belfast.
